Step 1: Visit the Official Website Open the Department of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumers Website: https://ahara.kar.nic.in/

Step 2: Access e-Ration Sub-Menu Navigate to the e-Ration sub-menu to find the option for new ration card application and generation.

Step 3: Choose Language Select your preferred language (Kannada or English) for the application process.

Step 4: Select Application Type Choose from three options: “New Ration Card Request,” “Edit Saved Request,” or “Application Withdrawal.”

Step 5: New Ration Card Application For new applications, click on “New Ration Card Request.”

Step 15: Opt for Ration Choose “Yes” if you want to draw ration; otherwise, select “No” and press “Go” to submit the application.

Step 16: View Specimen Copy After submission, a specimen copy of the ration card will be displayed on the screen.

Step 17: Generate Ration Card Verify the specimen details and click on “Generate RC” to get your ration card.
